SPRITZ COOKIE Recipe

Makes 2 - 3 Dozen

These cookies will just melt just melt in your mouth !  The use of two egg yolks makes them richer and easier to form from the cookie press. If at any time the dough gets too soft, just cover it and place as is to chill. The dough will firm up.
