Rum Ball Recipe

Rum balls are the perfect no-bake cookie recipe.  They make great gifts. 
bullet2-1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
bullet2 cups confectioner's sugar
bullet1-1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
bullet1/2 cup light rum
bullet4 tablespoons Dutch-process (alkalized) cocoa
bullet4 tablespoons light corn syrup

1. Combine vanilla wafers, sugar, walnuts and cocoa in a bowl, and mix together.  Add in rum and corn syrup.  

2. Roll into small balls.  

3. Dredge in confectioner's sugar.
