White Chocolate Ganache Glaze Recipe

This is a white shiny glaze which makes a great glaze for any cake.
bulletWHITE CHOCOLATE - 1 pound, 8 ounces
bulletCRISCO - vegetable shortening 4 ounces
bulletLIGHT CORN SYRUP - 2 ounces

Melt chocolate and crisco separately, then blend together. Add corn syrup. Strain. Allow to cool to 95 degrees F degrees, then glaze.
