Classic Carrot Cake Recipe

AAhhhh, Carrot Cake, what is not to love!? This one is moist, dense, and packed with carrots. It comes from "A Piece of Cake" by Susan Purdy. I love to pair it with Cream Cheese Frosting !! Remember to refrigerate the cake after frosting.
