REHEATING
ROLLS &
BISCUITS:
To reheat, place on baking pan or sheet and bake
in a preheated 300 degrees F
oven for 10 minutes.
If frozen, place baked
goods on the kitchen countertop, still wrapped, the night before to thaw. Then,
reheat.
When reheating, do not totally
enclose room temperature rolls in aluminum foil before placing in the oven. Foil
can insulate foods and slow down reheating.
P.S.
To freshen stale rolls, seal in a paper bag, sprinkle the
bag with water, and heat 10 to 15 minutes at 350
degrees F.
REHEATING
FRUIT PIES:
In the oven:
Preheat oven to 350
degrees F. Place whole
uncovered pie (or remainder) on a baking sheet in center of oven for
approximately 15 minutes, until warmed to the touch.
In the Microwave:
The oven gives better results when microwaving a pie slice, but
nontheless you can do it: remove portion of the pie you want to heat, from the
pie tin and place on microwaveable container. Heat one slice approximately 20
seconds on low, or until just warmed; don't overdo it.
REHEATING OTHERS:
Reheat leftover roasts
or casseroles at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
