"Drop" Cookie Dough

For Drop Cookies: When baking a whole batch of cookies, it's important to keep the cookie dough the same size so they bake evenly. But, measuring the exact amount of cookie dough for each can be tedious. An easy way to do it is to "Double Spoon" the dough:

1.  Spray or grease 2 regular eating spoons;

2. Measure cookie dough with a teaspoon or tablespoon to gauge its size;

3. With one, pick up a similar amount of dough;

4. With the other spoon, push the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure all dough is evenly sized. Be sure to leave room in between cookies for spreading.
