Hello Sarah, Found your website when searching AOL for bread without yeast or wheat or any gluten. However, cannot find reference to above. Do you know of a bakery that makes yeastless, glutenless, ryeless, sourdoughless, oatmealless - all on doctor's orders. I can eat millet, buckwheat and brown rice. I do hope there is some bakery that I can order some yeast-free millet or rice or buckwheat bread on a regular basis over the net (unless the local healthfood store can get it - so far no go).
