I personally use the Ghirardelli white chocolate. I know that Bakers makes an authentic white chocolate, but the Nestle bar white chocolate doesn't taste very good and their chips are actually a flavored coating. Look for a bar that contains cocoa butter and it off white, then you will have a better quality product. I buy the Ghirardelli in the local market, which saves on any shipping fees for High end chocolate.
