I have a very good recipe for chocolate chip cookies, I have been using for many years. I always use same ingreds, same mixing method, same cookie sheets, etc.. But sometimes the cookies spread and are to thin, other times they are small and like little mountains, and other time they are perfect......Any ideas??????
