where can I find a cholate temper machine that works well and that does not cost a lot. My 7 and 10 year old daughters have started making chocolate candy to sell. They want to use real chocolate, so a machine seem to be the way to go given their age. I think temering chocolate will be difficult for them otherwise. thanks
