when i was a little girl. the neighbor would give us cookies that tasted like oatmeal cookies and were cooked in the waffle iron. only round shaped. The lady has long since passed on. I do not know what nationality this woman was. I have looked allmost all over the internet. Maybe something comes to your mind and you can help me locate the recipe . thank you for your time
