Do you know what the Kirkland Bakery at Costco Warehouses use for their CheeseCake Mousse cake filling. I went to a cake supply store today and was sold BetterCream and Cheese Cake filling and told to mix them. I've never used BetterCream. Costco won't sell their fillings. Thanks
