My rum cakes never fall, but when I take them off of the cooling rack and turn the cake onto a cake plate, there is always an indented ring around the top of the cake, about an inch down from where the top of the pan was. It doesn't affect the taste, but it hurts the presentation. I've tried all different kinds of pans and this "ring around the collar" still happens. Any idea why, or how I can stop it?
