Mr. Food on our local TV station gave a recipe for blueberry bread which sounded yummy. It calls for whole wheat flour - I hate to buy some because I would not use it for anything else. Can I safely substitute regular all-purpose flour? Incidentally, I just found your site and think it's great. I already put it on "my favorites" list. Thanks! Gloria
