Hhmmmm, it's my candy knowledge that Sea Foam is a cousin of Divinity. It's made from egg whites and a hot sugar syrup. Divinity is made with white sugar and usually is vanilla, sometimes with nuts. Sea Foam is made with brown sugar and so it is light tan in color, but sometimes it is colored in pink and green. I'm not sure how that would be used as an ice cream topping because when you drop out the candy it firms up. Are they talking about a homemade marshmallow fluff?? I think it has a different consistency that the kind you can buy in a jar. Tami
