Dear Sarah, I was wondering if there is a chart of some sort for recipe conversion? For instance....when you wish to use another size pan or dish......maybe from a round to a square or oblong? Or a larger size to a smaller, or smaller to larger? How do you adjust the ounces or cups, etc.? Thank you for your help! RK
