Thanks Sarah....that looks pretty efficient to me! I notice that in the first illustration, there is some sort of support on the wrist (have never seems this before) so that you have a free hand to operate the turntable. I always wondered how you were supposed to handle a large pastry bag and have one hand free to turn the table!
