I made a lemon meringue pie from scratch, and everything seemed to be working fine, after I put the meringue on, and put it in the oven, I let it cool a bit, and then put it in the fridge, 3 hours later when I cut a piece out, I found it to be a bit runny, and it seemed to collapse, when I put it back in the fridge for a couple more hours, it still didn't firm up, what did I do wrong?
