I think I posted a reply instead of asking a question. I guess what meant by dark banana or dark zucchini bread is sometimes I see in them in bakeries or supermarkets I see darker breads. I thought maybe they use molasses or something besides whole wheat. I really wasn't sure. But I'll try your way. Thanks.
