Your oven may be "spiking" or for no reason getting very hot, then very cold and back and forth. If it is new, see your dealer, if it is old, you may need a repairman or a new oven. I have seen a lot of old electric ovens do this. You check the temp and its fine, but close the door and the temp spikes up 100-degrees etc. Tami
