Hi Sarah, welcome back! I have a question regarding fondant molds and specialty cake pans. I have often seen cakes decorated with different varieties of sugarpaste seashells, starfish and seahorses that are made using fondant molds, then colored with with petal dusts. Do you know of a compamy from which I could get these types of molds to buy? (On-line sources are welcome.) Also, I'd like to know where I could get kidney, as well as comma / tear-shaped baking pans to buy. (The types that are often used to make wedding cakes that are at least 3" in height.) Any advice on this would be of great help. Thank you so much for the advice that you had given me, pertaining to my "fruit cake weeping" question (Sept 11). I really appreciated it! I'll certainly make you know how it turns out.
