Morning to you all. Could you please give me some hints as to how I can convert bread machine to hand worked bread recipies. I read on your site how to convert to bread machine but am a little unsure how do the reverse. in general can i take a bread machine recipie and slowly add more flour till I get the texture of dough I need or should the other ingredients be increased too. thank you.
