What type of cookie recipe do you have? Foil is ok as long as you grease it or you can grease the pan directly and bake your cookies, but I need to know what recipe you're making. Waxed paper works, but I find that condensation forms under the cookie while baking, making it a little moist on the bottom. Besides, waxed paper can burn.
