You can use your pressure cooker for almost of all your regular meals including making cheesecakes, steamed puddings, soup etc. Just cut the time in half for harder cooking meats and 1/3 for shorter cooking time foods, like chicken, pork, turkey etc. You just bring the cooker to pressure on high, then once the weight jiggles you put it on low for however long you are going to cook the recipe. There are lots of recipes-on line under pressure cooker cooker recipes. Or get yourself a pressure cookbook.
