I have posted about this particular cake before, but keep forgetting to ask about cream cheese filling. I am transporting it about an hour from my home, and it will have to sit there looking pretty for about three hours. Will I be able to fill and cover it with fondant the day before, or will it already be out in the open for too long for that kind of filling? And...is there a similar tasting filling that can be put into a cake two days in advance? Thanks...again!!!!!! Kelley Farrell
